Jill Deckert has extensive experience in risk consulting and customer success, largely within the financial services sector. Starting as a Risk Consultant II at Wells Fargo from July 1999 to April 2007, Jill was instrumental in designing fraud strategies and implementing risk mitigation controls to address credit card fraud. Following this role, Jill spent over 15 years at FICO® as a Principal Consultant, providing insights across the credit lifecycle, focusing on originations, fraud management, and operational execution of strategies. Most recently, Jill served as the Director of Customer Success for the B2B Scores Division, where responsibilities included developing customer success strategies for client retention and satisfaction, as well as fostering robust relationships with stakeholders. Jill holds a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Law Enforcement from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
