Kaushal Kumar

Kaushal Kumar is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience at FICO since 2008, progressing from Software Engineer roles to Director of Software Engineering. At FICO, responsibilities have included software development across multiple engineering positions, culminating in a leadership role since December 2012. Prior to FICO, Kaushal Kumar worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies from July 2005 to January 2008. Academically, Kaushal Kumar holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, completed in 2005.
