Kj Hall

KJ (Kerryjane) Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various technology and consulting organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success for APAC at FICO since July 2022, KJ previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at SurePact® and spent several years at FICO in multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Solution Success and Executive Consultant. Earlier career milestones include senior consulting roles at KANA Software and Queensland Police Service, as well as project management and business analysis positions at Sword Ciboodle and Telecom New Zealand. KJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University, awarded in 2003.
