Mauricio Rivera

Mauricio Rivera is a seasoned technical professional currently serving as a Technical Education Consultant II at FICO since January 2024. Previously, Mauricio worked at Synapse from September 2021 to October 2023 as a Customer Engineer II and also held roles such as Implementation Manager and Technical Account Manager. In these positions, responsibilities included developing features for enterprise clients, guiding clients through implementation processes, and creating technical documentation and reports. Prior experience includes roles at Boreal Space as a Spacecraft Engineer, where Mauricio developed flight software for satellites, and as an instructor with the Bay Area Tutoring Association and Downtown College Prep, teaching coding to students.
