Michael Brown

Michael Brown has extensive experience in collections and customer service within the business-to-business sector, currently serving as Sr Manager at FICO® since 2009. In this role, Michael oversees collections operations in the Americas and APAC, managing policies and procedures, monitoring accounts receivable, and supervising a team of six collectors while indirectly supporting an additional three collectors in EMEA. Prior to this position, Michael held various roles at FICO from January 2006 to December 2007, including Lead in Revenue and Accounting, Analyst II in Financial Planning and Analysis, and Contracts Administration.
