Peter Appl

Peter Appl currently serves as the Head of Customer Advocacy at FICO since September 2014, focusing on driving customer centricity and engagement as a competitive advantage through strategic planning, metrics establishment, and governance of tools and processes. Prior to this role, Peter held various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at Gazillion!, Inc., VP & GM positions at Kodak Direct and hpshopping.com, and was instrumental in the creation of Kodak’s eBusiness functions. Peter’s career also includes significant roles with Hewlett-Packard in business development, finance, and operational management, alongside early engineering positions at United States Gypsum. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in International Business from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
