Prakash NC is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and enterprise messaging. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Lead Engineer in Enterprise Messaging at FICO since September 2012, Prakash oversees the administration of various technologies including Windows AD, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and multiple versions of Microsoft Exchange server. Prior roles include Windows Server Engineer at FICO and System Administrator positions at Aditya Birla Minacs, Compass BPO Pvt Ltd, Maple Soft Technologies, and a Desktop Support Engineer role at Pure Tech InfoSystems. Prakash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in PCM from the University of Mysore, completed between 1999 and 2001.
