Priya Patel

Priya Patel is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in IT and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at FICO® since February 2016, Priya focuses on the EMEA legal function, drafting and negotiating various IT contracts, including Software Licenses and SaaS Agreements. Previously, Priya worked as Legal Counsel at SunGard—now part of FIS—from March 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities included negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts and providing strategic legal advice. Priya's legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Harbottle & Lewis, gaining expertise in commercial, intellectual property, and entertainment law. Priya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen Mary University of London and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
