Ross McGown

Ross McGown is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in credit risk, fraud, and customer strategy across the APAC region and globally. Currently serving as the Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at FICO since 2009, McGown specializes in digital transformation, advanced analytics, and customer communication strategy, delivering significant results for major companies. Previously, McGown held leadership roles at Graham Technology, where substantial operational improvements and business transformations were achieved. Early career roles included Finance Director at Red Lemon Studios and various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers. McGown holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from ICAS and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Glasgow.
