Shailesh Kumar

Shailesh Kumar is a seasoned professional in strategic partnerships and alliance management, currently serving as Partner - Strategic Partnerships & Alliances in APAC at FICO since October 2023. With a strong background in establishing and managing partnerships, Shailesh previously held the position of Associate Director - Global SI Alliances at Whatfix, where relationships with major global system integrators were cultivated. Prior experience includes roles as Director - Alliances at EnterpriseDB, where a partner ecosystem for EDB Postgres was developed in India and SAARC, and various positions at Oracle focused on alliances and channel management across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Shailesh's career began at Wipro Limited and Integra Micro Systems, complemented by an MBA in IT from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a BSC in Physics from Ranchi University.
