Steve Maher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and business management. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at GP Strategies Corporation and The OCM Group Ltd. since 2023 and 2022 respectively, as well as the Head Coach at Take One Step Limited since December 2020. Steve has held senior roles at FICO since October 2016, including Senior Director and Director, and previously led risk-related projects at Barclays as Head of Credit Risk Systems from 2006 to 2016.
