Steve Stai is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, deployment, and support roles. Steve has served as the Lead Deployment and Deskside Support Engineer at FICO since September 2012. Prior to this, Steve worked at Valley View Microsystems and Corporate Technologies LLC, providing systems engineering support for over 50 clients while managing Windows server administration and Microsoft Exchange. As an entrepreneur, Steve owned Crow River PC, delivering comprehensive computer support to over 100 homes and small businesses. Additional experience includes senior IT specialist roles at Glencoe Regional Health Services and senior support engineer positions in consulting environments. Steve holds an Associate’s Degree in Network Administration/Analyst from Hennepin Technical College and a Microsoft Professional Certification in Information Technology from Crown College.
