Suzanne Crane

Suzanne Crane is an experienced professional in global education consulting, currently serving as Senior Director at FICO since October 2017. In this role, Suzanne collaborates with executives and industry leaders to implement enablement and talent development programs, including Sales Kickoff Events and Leadership Development. Previously, as Director of Global Education Consulting, Suzanne designed and delivered sales education programs for global teams. With a career at FICO starting in 2003 as a Senior Consultant, Suzanne provided hands-on instruction to banking clients on analytic software and business practices. Earlier experience includes roles at HNC Software as a Senior Trainer and at New Horizons Computer Learning Center as Training & Operations Manager. Suzanne holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Colorado State University.
