Thiago Costa has extensive experience in technology and solutions architecture, currently serving as Sr. Director of Platform Pre Sales at FICO® since September 2007, leading a team focused on demonstrating the capabilities of the FICO Platform to enhance decision-making for customers in the US and Canada. Previously, Thiago held multiple roles at FICO®, including leading Global Solution Architects and serving as a Sr. Principal Consultant specializing in enterprise architecture. Prior to FICO®, Thiago worked as a Senior Delivery Analyst at Experian Decision Analytics, implementing software solutions for credit initiation, and began a career in technology as a Trainee at Hipercon Teminais de Cargas Ltda. Thiago holds a Bacharel degree in Ciências da Computação from Universidade Santa Cecília.
