Tim Tebbe

Tim Tebbe is a seasoned Development Manager in Business Applications at FICO, with experience managing teams of developers, both locally and remotely, to enhance Oracle Applications. Since joining FICO in 2002, Tim has focused on technical problem-solving, code design, and workload management while also mentoring junior developers. Prior to FICO, Tim worked as a Lead Engineer at Nuvolution where responsibilities included designing human resources interfaces for Fair Isaac and converting benefits data. Tim began the career as a Software Designer and Consultant at SPL WorldGroup, where significant contributions included customizing a customer information system for a large utility. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
