Vanessa Bailey

Vanessa Bailey currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at FICO, leading a team of client success consultants across EMEA and managing over 100 accounts since December 2021. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) as a Client Success Partner and later as the Director of the Heritage Content Portfolio, overseeing a $14 million delivery portfolio and responsible for a broad range of data assets. Vanessa's extensive experience at Experian included positions such as Head of Banking, Client Architecture, where responsibilities encompassed developing architectural visions and ensuring solution viability, as well as Vertical Market Consultant for Banking and Project Manager for collections initiatives. Vanessa began a career at ClarityBlue in various roles, including Project Coordinator and Graduate Trainee, after earning a BSc in Forensic Investigation with Fine Art from Canterbury Christ Church University.
