Varad Kulkarni

Varad Kulkarni is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and chatbot development. Since November 2018, Varad has served as Lead Engineer at FICO®, following a role as Technology Consultant at DXC Technology where responsibilities included implementing and enhancing ServiceNow-based chatbots and service portals. Prior to that, Varad worked as a Senior Administrator at Wipro Limited, specializing in the implementation and customization of ITSM tools, and as a System Analyst at Atos, providing support for custom applications. Earlier career stages included positions at Infosys, where Varad designed ARS forms and workflows for ITSM, and at Tech Mahindra, focusing on Remedy-based applications. Varad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from B V B College of Engineering & Technology and a PGDAC in Software Engineering from C-DAC Hyderabad.
