Victor Liu has over a decade of experience in sales and technical management within the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at FICO since March 2010, Victor Liu has successfully led the sales process, cultivating numerous banking partnerships and securing more than 20 deals that include groundbreaking projects such as the first implementation of an anti-fraud system and ventures into new market segments like insurance and retail. Prior to FICO, Victor Liu held the position of Senior Technical Manager at First Data Corporation from January 2007 to March 2010 and worked as a Technical Manager at IBM from August 2003 to January 2007. Victor Liu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
