Xiao Jiang graduated from Jiangsu University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology. They worked as a software engineer and project manager at Sunyard System Engineering Co., Ltd. until 2007, before moving to Shanghai Primeton Software Company as a Senior PS until 2009. From 2010 to 2017, Xiao acted in presales roles within the retail banking industry, focusing on technologies including decision engines and anti-fraud solutions. Currently, Xiao serves as a Senior Solutions Manager at FICO, where they continue to drive sales initiatives in China.
