Clement Lim is a seasoned professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Chief Sommelier at FICOFI and Head of Operations at OPTIM Wines Asia. With a diverse background that includes roles at Singapore Airlines as a Flight Steward & Air Sommelier, and as Principal Consultant for Tea & Sake at The Beverage Clique Academy, Clement has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in customer service and beverage expertise. They co-founded Wine Verse and have held various positions in retail and management since starting their career in hospitality. Clement holds degrees in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts, both with Distinctions, highlighting their strong educational foundation.
