Mark Horstmann

Mark Horstmann studied mechanical engineering and industrial engineering, acquiring several years of experience in the development, design, and commissioning of machinery and systems. They have taken on project management roles for international projects, overseeing all aspects from concept development to commissioning while leading interdisciplinary project teams. Currently, Mark serves as the Team Leader for Mechanical Design at ficonTEC Service GmbH, where they manage a team of 18 and focus on improving processes and structures in mechanical construction. Additionally, they hold various degrees, including a Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical engineering and a Diplom in industrial engineering.
