Ana Borguñó

Ana Borguñó is the Talent Development Corporate Director at Ficosa, where they have been leading initiatives since 2015. With extensive experience in human resources and talent development, Ana previously held roles at ISDIN, Altran, and Human Talent, where they focused on creating training programs and managing recruitment processes. Early in their career, they contributed to market expansion at ART MARTIN, establishing commercial networks in Southern Europe and Latin America. Ana holds a degree in Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and Project Management at the American Management Association.
