André Mata

André Mata has diverse work experience in the field of HR and data analytics. André is currently working as the HR Director, Technology and Analytics at FICOSA. Previously, they held the position of Data Science Manager - People Analytics at Accenture, where they led a team and developed new products and solutions for clients in the European market. André also worked at DuPont as a People Analytics Manager, where they built and led a world-class team for HR digital transformation projects. Earlier in their career, André worked as a Workforce Analytics Consultant and Project Manager at EPI-USE, and as an SAP HCM Consultant at Axxiom Soluções Tecnológicas and MRV Engenharia. André also gained experience as a Business Process Analyst and Intern at Cemig. Additionally, they founded and managed their own construction and remodeling company, Facilite Obras e Reformas. André's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR analytics, data science, and project management.

André Mata completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School in the year 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial between 2009 and 2014. In 2015, André began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Process Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, with the completion date not specified. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SAP HCM ERP 6.0 EHP7 from SAP in June 2017 and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Society in June 2013.
