Francesc Hernando

Francesc Hernando is an experienced Electrical and Electronics Test Manager at FICOSA, where responsibilities include leading a team to ensure product designs meet reliability requirements from the RFQ phase to SOP+6 months. Key activities involve resource planning, cost analysis, robust design, development of validation tools, and project schedule management. Additionally, Francesc serves as an Associate Teacher at UPC School, focusing on electrical and electronics validation processes in the automotive sector. Previously, Francesc held various engineering roles at Fico Mirrors, S.A., where contributions included ensuring product industrialization, identifying new technologies for patent development, and designing mass production lines for rear view mirrors globally. Francesc holds degrees in Management Engineering and Electronics Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a teaching certificate from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
