Paula Silva has extensive experience in various roles such as Key Account Manager, Buyer/Purchasing Supervisor, Project Manager, Quality Plant Responsible, and Quality Customer at FICOSA since December 1998. Prior to FICOSA, Paula worked as a Management Assistant at Quinta de Ventozello, S.A. from 1990 to 1998. Paula has a Mestrado in Inovação e Gestão de Projectos from Universidade do Minho, a CESE in Assessoria de Gestão from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, and completed Curso Geral de Gestão, Gestão from Porto Business School in 2018.
