Laura Carter

Laura Carter has held various roles in the banking and technology sectors since 2008. Laura began their career at Citi as an Account Manager in 2008. In 2011, they moved to Metropolitan Commercial Bank (New York) as a Business Development Manager. In 2014, they joined Send A Job as an Account Director. In 2016, they joined CallVU as a Business Development Director. At CallVU, they work to provide contact centers with a digital solution that reduces the volume of calls handled by service agents.
