Marc Cretté

Marc Cretté is Head of Fidal’s Real Estate Practice in Paris. A specialist in tax law, Marc advises clients composed primarily of real estate investors (investment funds, real estate investment vehicles (OPCI, SIIC), German funds, developers, etc.) on the auditing and structuring of their investments.

With more than 35 years of experience, he has developed special expertise in matters involving international investors (multi-country OPCI and SIIC regime, etc.), real estate financing, and holding structures for individuals. He heads the tax team of the Real Estate department in Paris and acts as a technical leader for the entire Fidal network.
