Mathieu HERVE

Mathieu HERVE is a seasoned lawyer with 20 years of experience, currently serving as an Associate Partner and Director of the Employment Law Department at FIDAL. Mathieu specializes in labor law and social security, providing counsel on restructuring projects, organizational schemes, and work-time management. Previously, Mathieu worked as an associate in the Employment Law Departments at Linklaters and Salans. Mathieu holds a DESS in Law and Taxation from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s in Private Law from Université du Droit et de la Santé (Lille II).
