Maxime Mornet

Maxime Mornet is a tax lawyer and partner at FIDAL, where they have worked since November 2009, providing advisory and litigation services in tax law. Prior to joining FIDAL, Maxime gained experience at Taj (Deloitte) as a bar school intern in 2006, followed by a role as a tax lawyer at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2009. Maxime holds a Master2 DJCE in Business Law & Business Tax from the Université de Poitiers and completed their bar training at the Ecole Française du Barreau in 2007. Their expertise includes advising significant companies in various sectors, including distribution and the agro-food industry, as well as working on exceptional operations such as real estate transactions and corporate reorganizations.
