Stéphane Mariotto

Stéphane Mariotto has a comprehensive work experience background, starting as a Research Engineer at the Centre National d'Études Spatiales in 1994. Stéphane then progressed to various roles at Air France, where they managed e-business projects and marketing initiatives. Following that, they held positions at Lyonnaise des Eaux, including Program Director and Projects Director, driving IT strategy and innovation. Moving onto The Walt Disney Company as IT Business Partner for Emerging Markets, they managed international teams and reported to senior executives. At Mutuelle des Architectes Français assurances, they served as the Group CIO for multiple entities. Stéphane eventually took on the role of Group CIO at Groupe Le Duff, responsible for strategic decisions and initiatives. Currently, they are the CIO and CISO at Fidal, leading digital transformation projects with a significant budget and an expert team. Each position has contributed to their extensive expertise in IT management and leadership roles.

Stéphane Mariotto completed their Master's degree in Civil Engineer Computer science, data analysis, Statistics, big data, artificial intelligence from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy in 1993. Stéphane then pursued a Master 2 research in artificial intelligence and deep learning from Cogmaster in 1994. Stéphane continued their education with a PHD in Artificial Intelligence and deep learning from Sorbonne Université in 1996. In 1996, they also participated in an executive education program in Airline Executive Program in Yield Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Stéphane later completed an executive program in strategy at ESSEC Business School in 2008. Most recently, they completed an Executive program at HEC Paris between 2019 and 2022.
