Lucy Patch

Lucy Patch is the current Director of Cafe Operations and Director of Operations & HR Manager at Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters. Previously, they served as an Executive Team Lead at Target, where they successfully built and led a team to enhance guest service and significantly reduced turnover rates. Lucy has also held positions at Starbucks, where they were a Shift Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager, overseeing training and operational improvements. They contributed to Delta Sigma Pi as Vice President of Professional Activities and briefly interned in marketing at Swim Smart NC. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Arizona State University.
