FIDÉ Group develops and operates hospitality properties across Italy, Greece and beyond. Each destination is shaped with cultural depth, architectural sensitivity, and a respect for place.

Founded in 2018, our work is defined by Archaeological Thinking, the practice of studying the layers of a site’s history, architecture, and natural setting to shape something deeply relevant for the modern traveler.

We specialize in Modest Luxury, creating experiences across Italy, Greece, and Cyprus that prioritize emotional resonance and architectural sensitivity. From the sun-drenched coast of Mykonos to the historic streets of Rome and the olive groves of Ostuni, every FIDÉ destination is shaped with cultural depth and a profound respect for place.

Our multidisciplinary team combines strategic analysis with hands-on development expertise in architecture, design, and marketing to bring a clear, cohesive vision to every project from inception to operation.

Key Destinations; Rome, Italy, Puglia, Italy (Nardò, Ostuni, Lecce) AND Greece (Athens, Mykonos).
