Ansha Dixit

Ansha Dixit is an experienced professional in community initiatives and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Global Community Initiatives at FIDE since October 2022. Previously, Ansha was a founding team member at Troopod, contributing to the development of community management platforms from March 2021 to December 2022. Ansha co-founded Pushstart in January 2019, serving as Community Director, where the focus was on fostering entrepreneurial connections and personal growth. Ansha also held roles as a Data Specialist and User Engagement Head within Pushstart, enhancing data-driven approaches and community engagement activities. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Future Market Insights, where Ansha specialized in marketing reports and market analysis, as well as a Business Development Executive at AIESEC in Indore and an internship at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology. Ansha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management.
