Mandar Inamdar

Mandar Inamdar is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Fidel Softech Limited since April 2003. Prior to this role, Mandar has held positions such as Area Manager at Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd. from January 2002 to February 2003, and Industry Consultant at Global Telesystems Limited from September 1997 to November 2001. Mandar also worked as a Sr. Network Support Exe at Aptech Ltd in 1994-1995. Mandar holds a MMS degree in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.E in Electronics from Shivaji University. In his current role, Mandar is responsible for setting up organizational policies and procedures, goal setting, sales and marketing plans, partnership and vendor development, product and services quality enhancement, team building, employee engagement, project/product sales management, and compliance with business regulatory requirements.
