Luis Marques

Luis Marques serves as the Head of International Division at Fidelidade, where responsibilities include the company's expansion into Latin America. In addition to this role, Luis Marques is a Mentor for the Executive Masters Programme at Nova School of Business and Economics and holds multiple positions as a Non-Executive Board Member across various companies, including La Positiva Seguros, FID Seguros, Alianza Seguros S.A., and Garantia Seguros in Cabo Verde. Prior experience includes significant roles at Genworth Financial, where positions ranged from VP of the Latin America Region to CFO for Southern Europe, as well as a Partner at Ernst & Young overseeing the audit practice in Mozambique. Luis Marques holds various degrees in business and finance from prestigious institutions, including the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Harvard Business School.
