Sofia MacHado

Sofia Machado is a Sustainability Project Manager at Fidelidade since September 2023, previously serving as a Líder Economia Circular at Decathlon Portugal from June 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing circular economy operations, enhancing second-life product spaces, and organizing events. Sofia also held roles at Decathlon such as Líder prática desportiva and Expert Omnichannel, focusing on sustainability initiatives and omnichannel communication. In addition, an internship in marketing was completed at Plasbritos from November 2020 to February 2021. Sofia is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management and Business at Universidade do Minho, complementing a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the same institution.
