Julie Lieberman

Julie Lieberman has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Julie began their career at Bell and Howell, where they held multiple roles including Customer Service Manager, Employment and Employee Relations Manager, and Senior Paralegal. Julie then went on to work at Domino Amjet, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, followed by RR Donnelley as an HR Manager. Julie also served as the Director of Human Resources at Little City Foundation, where they oversaw all HR functions and supervised a team of six. Julie later worked as the Director of Human Resources at Aero Products, International, which was eventually acquired by The Coleman Company. Prior to joining their current role as the Director of Human Resources at Fidelitone, Julie provided HR consulting services at Lieberman Associates. Julie has a diverse range of experience in talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, leadership development, and more.

Julie Lieberman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from Northern Illinois University. Julie also holds a certification as a Certified Paralegal with a specialization in litigation from Roosevelt University. Additionally, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
