Jason Smith is an experienced institutional analyst currently at Fidelity Canada since August 2022. Previously, Jason held the position of regional sales representative at Canada Life from September 2020 to June 2021, and worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant at the University of Guelph in the fall of 2019, assisting Dr. Delong Li. Jason also gained coaching experience as a swim coach at Guelph Marlin Aquatic Club during the summer of 2019. An accomplished swimmer, Jason is a gold medalist at the Indian National Championships from 2012 to 2015, and has competed at the Pacific School Games in Adelaide (2015) and the World School Games in Poznan (2014). Jason earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in management, economics, and finance from the University of Guelph between 2016 and 2020.
