David Igel

David Igel has a comprehensive work experience in the field of learning and development. David is currently the Head of Learning at Fidelity Charitable since 2022. Prior to this, they spent several years at Fidelity Investments, where they held various senior director roles. In these roles, they were responsible for defining the learning technology strategy, implementing new platforms, and ensuring existing technologies met business needs. David also partnered with business leaders to design and deliver training strategies and successfully led the creation of knowledge transfer and onboarding programs during a major business unit relocation. Additionally, David has experience in knowledge management, technology consulting, instructional design, project management, and facilitation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Manager and Associate at Graeters Inc.

David Igel has a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Cincinnati. David also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from Lynda.com in July 2018.
