Jim March

Jim March is currently the Director of Core Operations at Fidelity Charitable, a role they began in 2023. Previously, Jim held various positions at Fidelity Investments from 2016 to 2021, including Proxy Reconciliations Analyst and Sr. Manager of Cash Reconciliations, where they developed tools using AGILE methodology and managed complex reconciliation processes. Earlier in their career, Jim was a restaurant owner and operator for multiple locations of Bel'GUSTOS between 2006 and 2014, achieving significant revenue growth. Jim also gained valuable experience as a Private Equity Intern Accountant at Stark Investments in 2010 and studied at the University of Milwaukee - Wisconsin from 2009 to 2011.
