Joel Cox is a Senior Charitable Solutions Consultant at Fidelity Charitable®, where they leverage analytical skills to bridge complex insights with stakeholder communication. Previously, they served as the Director of Program Design and Impact at Seed Effect, focusing on strategic alignment and program evaluation. They also directed savings-led microfinance program development in Uganda and South Sudan and held various managerial roles at BNSF Railway and ConocoPhillips. Joel earned both a Master's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
