Lujean Johnson

Lujean Johnson has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Lujean started their career at Fidelity Investments in 2004, where they held the position of Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for formulating and implementing strategic projects to improve customer service operations. Lujean managed a team and utilized Agile and Waterfall methodologies to prepare and deploy technology solutions.

Since 2014, Lujean has been working at Fidelity Charitable as Vice President, Data and Shared Services. In this role, they oversee data management and shared services for the organization. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Agile Office from 2018 to 2021, where they ensured the organization's Agile practices were matured and led successful execution of projects. Lujean also served as Director, Product Owner from 2014 to 2018, where they collaborated with development teams and stakeholders to define features and functionality for the organization's digital channels roadmap.

Lujean Johnson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from Fisher College in 2004.
