Previously, they served as Data Director at Morningstar, where they managed a global team and expanded extensive databases while facilitating valuable data usage for top-tier clients. They also held leadership positions at UBS Asset Management and Morningstar, contributing to significant growth and innovation in investment strategies. Michael founded and directed Incubator, Inc., securing substantial funding for artistic performances and workshops, while also performing globally across various musical projects. They earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and hold dual degrees in English and Oboe Performance from the University of Michigan.
