Pashara Black Cmp

Pashara Black has a diverse work experience. Pashara currently serves as the Director of Event Marketing at Fidelity Charitable® since August 2022. Pashara has also been actively involved in the non-profit sector, holding various leadership roles at Meals on Wheels Durham. Pashara was the President of the Board of Directors since July 2022 and was previously the Vice President from July 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, they served as a Trustee of the Board of Directors from October 2018 to June 2020. Pashara has also contributed to the Durham community by serving as a Board Member at the Durham Convention Center since October 2019.

Pashara Black, CMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Pashara completed the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council in November 2019. Furthermore, Pashara has acquired additional certifications including the Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in September 2020, Marketing Your Event from LinkedIn in October 2019, and The Foundation for Effective Leadership Program from NextGen Center in December 2018. Their most recent certification is the Digital Marketing Boot Camp from UNC-Chapel Hill Digital and Lifelong Learning in October 2021.
