Susan Shell is currently the Director of Research and Insights at Fidelity Charitable, where they also held the role of Senior Manager, Thought Leadership, and Senior Manager, Donor Marketing. Prior to this, they were an Analyst and Assistant Analyst at Peter D. Hart Research Associates from 2007 to 2011. Susan also served as a Recruitment Fellow at Teach For America in 2003-2004 and completed a Program Internship at the Nike Foundation in 2012. They are pursuing an MBA in Marketing Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and hold a B.A. in History and Creative Writing from The George Washington University.
