Andy Wang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT delivery and engineering across multiple organizations. At Fidelity Investments, Andy served as VP of IT Delivery from July 2014 to April 2019, focusing on technology delivery accountability to enhance the firm's digital offerings. Prior to that, Andy was VP of Engineering at Bleum for over a decade, overseeing global IT delivery engagements and ensuring service excellence. Currently, as Head of Artificial Intelligence & Digital Technology at Fidelity International since June 2025, Andy drives the enterprise AI strategy and fosters innovation. Earlier career highlights include serving as SVP GM & Head of Technology at Accton and leading development teams for embedded network devices. Andy holds an MBA with Distinction from The University of Hong Kong and is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
