Ghassen Ayed

Ghassen Ayed is an accomplished IT security professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical roles. Starting with TUNISIANA LTD as a Customer Support Advisor, Ghassen progressed to LIP6 at Sorbonne Université, focusing on IT security operations and monitoring, involving large-scale research infrastructures and virtual server management. Since January 2011, Ghassen has been with Fidelity International, initially leading an IT Security Application support team, providing identity and access management solutions. As of October 2019, Ghassen serves as a Cyber Security IAM Product Owner, overseeing a global team and managing vendor relationships while ensuring effective incident resolution and product lifecycle discussions. Ghassen holds a Master of Engineering in Information Technology from Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques en Communications de Tunis.
