Rob Ager

Rob Ager serves as the Head of Resourcing & Talent and Head of Talent Acquisition & Early Careers at Fidelity International since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rob Ager held various positions at Barclays from June 2014 to August 2023, including Head of Talent Strategy & Transformation and Group Head of Early Careers Talent. Rob's extensive experience in resourcing began at Barclays Investment Bank as Head of Resourcing for Corporate and Investment Bank from July 2009 to June 2014. Additional positions include Account Director at Resource Solutions, Account Manager at Hays Resource Management, Recruitment Manager at RANFURLY RECRUITMENT LTD, and roles in finance control and project management at BNY Mellon, Coutts, and First Data Corporation.
