Ting Si is currently the Cybersecurity GRC lead at Fidelity Life and has extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Ting began their career at Motorola, where they advanced from Software Engineer to Senior Engineer, leading network switch development and serving as an architect for feature releases. They possess a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University and have earned various certifications, including PMP and Certified Scrum Master. Ting is also pursuing further education in Java and Project Management at DePaul University and George Washington University, respectively.
