Aaron Sexton

Aaron Sexton has an extensive background in engineering and leadership, currently serving as a Propel Associate at Fidelity Investments since August 2016, where participation in a two-year leadership program focuses on high-priority projects and skill development. Prior to this role, Aaron held positions including Senior Manager and Manager of Engineering Services, providing technical support and innovative solutions for Fidelity's real estate portfolio while also overseeing environmental management initiatives. Aaron's earlier experience in the United States Air Force involved leadership roles as Lead System Engineer, Launch Vehicle Engineer, and Facilities Engineer, focusing on system analysis, risk assessment, and infrastructure project management for critical aerospace operations. Academically, Aaron holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
